Corinne Wytulka recently joined the Agility Team as project manager and is looking forward to helping clients make their projects successful. Corinne has 10 years experience in the telecommunications industry. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching her two sons compete in baseball, football and wrestling
Denise joins Agility with over 34 years of experience in sales support, implementation support & Project Management. She brings her extensive knowledge of the carrier industry, specifically AT&T, to her new role at Agility where she will focus on customer service and support. In her free time, Denise enjoys spending time with her new grandchild.
After graduating at DeVry University with Bachelors in Telecommunications Management, Matthew worked for 3 years in the Trade Show Industry. Here he became proficient in configuring and installing a variety of telephony and network technologies in convention centers across the country. In 2007 he joined the Agility Team, and since then Matthew has been a key factor in developing the Support Department.
Alfredo Gonzales graduated from DeVry University in October of 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Network and Communications Management. Having had experience in the Communications Industry in the United States Army, Alfredo joined the Agility Communications Team in March of 2006. With over nine years of experience in the Communications Industry, Alfredo specializes in product implementation involving TDM, Networks, VoIP, SIP, along with many other applications. Alfredo’s main focus as a senior engineer is to provide a smooth implementation along with excellent customer satisfaction.
Paul Fragua joins the Agility team with over 5 years hands on experience managing all the components of the Avaya IP Office system. Prior to joining Agility CG, he worked at DR Horton as an IT consultant managing over 60 IP Office systems, often acting as a project manager coordinating new office turn ups along with system moves. Paul currently works on our support team where he fields issues that customers need handled in a timely fashion. Paul attended the University of Texas at Arlington.
Richard enhances the Agility Communications Group team with 31 years of telecommunications experience. Prior to coming to Dallas, Richard worked with the Walt Disney Company thirteen years maintaining their PBX equipment eventually working his way up to their Technical Assistance Center. Richard has been working with the Avaya IP Office for the past twelve years and now brings that knowledge to Agility Communications Group.
Alex Funicello-Paul is a part of the Agility team that focuses on large systems engineering. He helps to design and recommend new architectures for voice, video and data networks. Prior to joining Agility, Alex worked as an engineer responsible for handling high priority system downs, system upgrades, and system patching for AVAYA systems. Alex has been working on large, voice system networks for the past 6 years as both a support and installation engineer.
Alex graduated with an electrical engineering degree from the University of Rhode Island and enjoys snowboarding, motorcycling, kayaking, and hiking when he is not installing new phone systems.
Ray Rodriguez is Dallas area native and comes to AgilityCG with 11 years of support experience with Lucent/Avaya. His previous experience includes a Project Manager role with a different Avaya BP. Ray also has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.
Joshua joins AgilityCG with 6 years of technical and telecommunication experience. Joshua’s previous roles had him work with multiple phone systems including Avaya IP Office and Aura platforms. Before that Joshua spent 4 years as a minister in Bolivar, MO. He enjoys playing sports, spending time with friends and video games.
Stephan being a native Houstonian joins AgilityCG with 25+ years of I.T. Technical and Telecommunications experience. Stephan’s previous roles had him work with multiple phone systems including Avaya IP Office, Aura, Call Manager and 8×8 platforms. Before that Stephan spent 16 years as a Telecom/IT Support Engineer for an Energy Trading Company. He enjoys being outdoors except for August, spending time with his family and his children’s many pets.
