Service after the sale has been terrific. During the first year, we used the service agreement provided by the manufacturer but found time and time again that one phone call to your team is all that was needed to resolve the issue. We switched to a service agreement with Agility and have never looked back.
Having been with Agility for several years, I can attest to the fact that the choice in business PARTNER is far more important than the selection of equipment manufacturer. It is certainly more important than small variations in proposed purchase price.
