We have been extremely pleased with the cutover from our Nortel to Avaya VoIP system. The cutover went much smoother than I could have ever imagined and the onsite support was excellent. We have been very happy with the system and about the only comment I’ve had from users is they like the new conference calling system better than the old one. Think about that, an entire rip and replace of a phone system and users really didn’t even notice except that UC call messages were clearer to understand and they liked the conference calling system better. That speaks volumes about how this cutover went.
