I have worked at USHEALTH Group for over 29 years now and have established business relationships with a hundred or more telecommunications and supply companies. Many of these companies have provided good customer service, many have provided poor service, and only a few have provided (what I consider to be) exceptional service. There have only been a few times when I've written letters of appreciation for those companies that I've had the best working relationships with. Today, I want to take the opportunity to let all of you at Agility know that you are on my "exceptional" list.
Our business relationship started sometime around January of 2013, and since then I've had the pleasure to meet and /or work with many fine Agility employees, each with a different role, but each one having several things in common. I've found all Agility employees to be friendly, anxious to assist, willing to spend as much time as necessary to answer my questions, willing to go over and beyond their basic responsibilities, always following up on projects, and quite simply stated, a true pleasure to speak and work with.
I have been very, very happy with how fast my service calls are responded to. Not only have I been contacted quickly (after placing service calls), but, I can honestly say that I've never worked with a more knowledgeable group of system engineers. They have impressed me with just how quickly they have answers to my questions.
Not to be forgotten, I must say how much I appreciate the help your office staff gives me. They ensure that my equipment and licensing orders are handled quickly and accurately. Your project coordinators are good about keeping me in the loop regarding any projects, and following up after projects are completed to ensure that everything was done property.
The quality of your team members is a testament of why Agility is so successful. I thank for you for the great customer service you and your team provides USHEALTH Group, and, I look forward to having a long working relationship with Agility.
